Our in-depth knowledge of the labour market means that, in addition to recruiting professionals and intellectuals, we provide the highest quality in the selection of managers as well.

At our company, we have specialists in different sectors to find the perfect employee, covering Industry, Corporate, IT and SSC across the country.

We are keen to find the „Perfect Match”, which means that quality definitely comes before quantity, so after a thorough understanding of the company culture and the position to be filled, we only send candidates who match our preferences, saving our Partners time and money.
We facilitate a thorough selection with on-demand assessments and PI tests, and then continuously follow up the placement for three months.

In our Candidate-CARE Programme, if a candidate withdraws during the probationary period, we will assess the reasons for this in an EXIT interview. With this information, as well as our ideas and suggestions, we support our partners in a truly advisory role.

We place great emphasis on ongoing contact with candidates, which helps to build mutual trust. This will give us a more accurate picture of the candidates and allow us to better support their engagement with our Clients, already during the selection process.
